For families
Find childcare near you
Search real daycares and childcare programs, see each provider's state license number, book a tour, and sign up and pay in one place.
How KidSlots Works
Search
Browse daycares and preschools near you. Every listing shows the ages a provider takes, what they charge, and their state license number.
Tour or ask for a spot
Book a tour, join a waitlist, or ask for a spot. Where a provider offers drop-in care, you can book single days too.
Sign up and pay in one place
Sign the forms, get your bills, and pay by card or bank transfer. Your money goes straight to the provider through Stripe.
For providers
Run a daycare or childcare program?
KidSlots brings you new families and runs the day-to-day paperwork in one place. A family who finds you here is already in the same software you use for your rooms, attendance, billing, and licensing records. Nothing to type in twice.
$199/mo · 14-day free trial · we take nothing from your bookings
Everything that runs the program, included
One subscription runs the whole program. Your listing is how new families find you.
Attendance & check-in
Parents sign in on a tablet at your door with a PIN or QR code, or from their phone at drop-off. Every sign-in and sign-out is time-stamped and signed.
Enrollment, tours & waitlists
Book tours, send enrollment packets, handle schedule-change requests, and keep a waitlist that puts families in the order you choose.
Billing & payments
Send invoices on a schedule, let families pay automatically by card or bank transfer, record cash and checks yourself, and get paid into your own bank account through Stripe.
Compliance
Fire drill logs, daily checklists, staff training with an expiry date on every certificate, and food program (CACFP) menus and meal counts.
Documents & forms
Build your own forms, keep track of what your state requires, collect signatures online, and hold a document file for each child.
Analytics
See how full each room is, how income is trending, and how many tours turn into enrollments.
