Every listing shows a state license number
Providers state their license number and we show it on every profile — but we don't check it, inspect facilities, or run background checks. Look the number up with your state's licensing agency: it's the only body that can say whether a license is real and current. A provider appearing on KidSlots is not an endorsement.

Payments run through Stripe — and we take 0% of them
Card details never touch KidSlots; Stripe handles them. When you pay for care, the money goes to the provider's own Stripe account, not ours. We charge providers a subscription and take nothing from bookings, so a provider's rate is their rate.
Pickup is authorized by the parent, recorded by the provider
You decide who may pick your child up and when; the provider verifies against your list. Every sign-in and sign-out is timestamped and signed, and your child's records are visible to providers you've booked with — and to nobody else.
